Regenerates the packaged workbook_starter.zip so extracted scripts use scripts/_mpl_compat.ax_boxplot() (tick_labels on Matplotlib>=3.9, fallback to labels). Adds a regression test to ensure the starter zip ships the helper and avoids deprecated boxplot(labels=...) calls.
